Rock and roll legend Meat Loaf has died at the age of 74. He shot to fame more than four decades ago with his Bat Out of Hell album - one of the best-selling of all time. Meat Loaf's career in music and acting was a dizzying mix of highs and lows. Stephen Sackur spoke to him for HARDtalk in 2016.
