"No, never!"

"I found it rather strange," Sean says, "when I went to England to build Birmingham, and people said, 'good morning!' I thought, 'what?' Because we never said that. We just said, 'all right!', or 'OK!', or 'what about you?' Never 'good morning'. I found it rather strange."
