Mia puts her foot down while Natasha’s feeling claustrophobic.

Patient Pat listens as Tony reports Jennifer’s offended an already unhappy Fallon, and has also disrespected the work Adam’s doing at Bridge Farm. Pat suggests Tony check in with Jennifer for a chat.
Tom’s a bit down about in-favour Adam, but Natasha assures him they’re doing great themselves with Bridge Fresh and Summer Orchard. However building materials have gone up, so they might have to compromise on her office construction.
Pat’s shocked when she discovers Natasha’s offer of a rent reduction to Fallon. Bridge Farm works as a team – what Natasha’s done pushes the rest of them into a corner. Natasha’s contrite, but states she can’t go back on the offer. When she reveals they’ll need to go for fabricated steel for the building, Pat decides Natasha can’t site her office in the orchard after all. Natasha accuses Pat of blocking her at every turn; she won’t be squashed the way they try to squash Tom. They end by agreeing Natasha would be better off at Sawyers.
Mia discovers Clarrie had intended to wear a brooch to her vows renewal that used to be her mother’s. She tells Mia about Lizzie Larkin and her favourite piece of jewellery. Mia insists Clarrie wears her mum’s brooch instead of trying to keep others happy by wearing Elizabeth’s. She encourages her also to tell Eddie the event’s getting too big. Eddie’s happy to concede on both counts. What matters most is family. He’ll cancel Grey Gables – but where on earth can they have their celebration now?
