On a journey that covers over 2000 miles Rajan makes his way from New Orleans to Los Angeles and discovers the people and places that give this part of the USA its unique and diverse character. He meets the history enthusiasts who regularly stage a reconstruction of the Battle of the Alamo, visits Big Bend National Park in New Mexico and learns about how Zydeco music from New Orleans paved the way for rock ānā roll and countless other musical styles.
