The pandemic has undoubtedly changed the world of work forever. Last year 114 million people lost their jobs - that's the equivalent to the entire population of the UK and Spain losing their pay cheque in one year. In fact there won't be many people out there who haven't seen their job impacted in some way shape or form. And while many of us that's meant changes to the way we work, for others it's meant a total change to what they do with their professional lives. One study found that as many as 1 in 4 workers are now looking to take the plunge and make a career change.
