Gillian and Mark are retired teachers who have moved to their forever home, a Victorian house in Oxford. But the garden is causing problems: a patio covered with matting and a broken pathway are just some of the issues, not to mention it’s boring. They want a Victorian cottage garden in keeping with the house and a new patio. The garden must be wildlife friendly with a quiet place for them to do their crosswords. Can Charlie and the Rich brothers deliver all this for just £3,500?
