Semi-Final: Chelsea v Manchester City

This season’s outstanding English team, Manchester City, face a dramatically improved Chelsea at Wembley for a place in the FA Cup final. Gary Lineker introduces the action.

Pep Guardiola’s City began the week still in the hunt for an unprecedented quadruple, with a huge lead at the top of the Premier League as well as being in the Champions League quarter-finals and Carabao Cup final.

This, though, will be the sternest of tests for City. Guardiola’s opposite number, Thomas Tuchel, has made a club record-breaking unbeaten start at Chelsea and guided his team to an unrivalled 12th FA Cup semi-final this century.
