With knife crime on the increase, officers go undercover in Birmingham to find out which shops are illegally selling knives to children. They meet a family whose lives were ripped apart by a random knife attack carried out by two boys aged just 15 and 17. Elsewhere, the boss of a car park scam is making a fortune offering premium parking facilities and then dumping the cars in a muddy field, and there's a crackdown on the sale of dangerous skin-whitening creams that damage the skin and put lives at risk.
