Live coverage of the day's proceedings in the House of Commons as Parliament has been recalled to debate all stages of the European Union (Future Relationship) Bill. The Bill puts into law the EU-UK post-Brexit trade deal agreed last week. At around 1430, there will be a Ministerial statement updating MPs on Covid-19 and a debate on public health Covid-19 regulations in England.
