Downing Street Coronavirus News Conference, 19/12/2020

The news conference held in Downing Street by prime minister Boris Johnson, on the announcement of a Tier 4 for London and many areas of the South East as well as changes to the restrictions over Christmas, alongside the government’s chief scientific adviser, Sir Patrick Vallance, and the chief medical officer for England, Professor Chris Whitty, from Saturday 19 December.
