The statement in the Scottish Parliament by first minister Nicola Sturgeon, on the Covid-19 pandemic and the possible need to strengthen the top level of Covid-19 restrictions in Scotland as the whole of the Scottish mainland moves to level 4 from Boxing Day, from Tuesday 22 December.
