Britain is the first western country to roll out a mass coronavirus vaccine, giving hope that an end to the misery of the pandemic may be in sight. But many are worried that the growth of the anti-vaccine movement could result in millions refusing to have the jab. There are also concerns that poorer countries will not have the same access to vaccines as richer ones. Is the Covid-19 vaccine really the silver bullet to end the pandemic?
