The Joe Wicks 24 Hour PE Challenge (for BBC Children in Need)

The nation’s virtual PE teacher, Joe Wicks, will be attempting to work out for 24 hours for BBC Radio 2’s Children in Need Challenge 2020. Joe will be doing a range of activities from cycling to yoga, boxing to rowing, as well as his signature HIIT workouts, whilst being joined via Zoom by a host of celebrity guests and Radio 2 presenters.
