Cutting red tape or endangering the environment - two opinions on the government’s decision to do away with greening rules for farmers in England. To round off harvest week Heather Simons speaks to Clyde Bowers who grows around 30 different types of organic vegetable and herbs across 53 acres in the Lincolnshire Fens.
