Perfect First Build

Designing the perfect build is a challenge for these three homeowners, who set about their projects in very different ways. All based in the Haliburton region of Southern Ontario, the owners of The Black Birch opt for design and functionality as the key to their design. At The Cooperage, the homeowners decide to base their plans on an historic site, while the third property Colin and Justin visit is an homage to city living, with an off-grid twist.
