The news conference held by the UK government with prime minister Boris Johnson alongside the chief medical officer Dr Chris Whitty and the government's chief scientific adviser Sir Patrick Vallance on relaxing the coronavirus lockdown measures in England and the reopening of pubs, restaurants and hairdressers.
