Seb and Shakiem have a big competition looming and are having a motivational sleepover before heading to the British Tumbling Championships, where they go head to head with the best tumblers in Britain. The competition is tough, but can the boys do enough to make their mums and their coach proud?

Superstar gymnasts Joe Fraser and Dom Cunningham are back with a new ‘tuck-back’ challenge for the trampolinists, which sends everyone's head spinning!
