PHASE works in the most remote areas of Nepal, providing access to improved healthcare, education and agricultural opportunities. Our approach focuses on the involvement of the local community, promoting self-sufficiency and long-term solutions to poverty.

Nutrition

Nutrition
40% children in the Far West of Nepal are malnourished. PHASE delivers maternal and early years healthcare and an education programme to prevent such high levels occurring.

Agriculture

Agriculture
PHASE works with farmers to find the best solutions for their land, so that they can grow enough nutritious food all year round. We focus on empowering women to lead change through cooperatives and farming groups.

Jau’s Story

Jau’s Story
Jau is a farmer in the Far West of Nepal, who took part in training with PHASE. She is now leading the fight against hunger in her community as president of her local farmers’ group and she grows enough food to send her children to school.
