Sean Curran reports from Westminster where the Government says it will investigate whether Home Secretary Priti Patel has breached the ministerial code, amid allegations of bullying.
Cabinet office minister Michael Gove confirms the inquiry after an urgent question from Jeremy Corbyn who says he believes Ms Patel, who has previously denied she mistreated staff, should be sacked.
And Labour calls on the Government to "ruling out climate-busting airport expansion" after the Court of Appeal ruled as unlawful the Government's go ahead for a third runway at Heathrow.
