Providing order on the border, Soft Border Patrol are back walking the line where the UK meets the EU. Under the direction of chief executive Lisa McCoy, the brand new complaints and compensation department ensures the public are being heard. Niall Sweeney is back with new technological advances, and the coast patrol have their work cut out with the sea border.
