Episode 3

In Matt’s case file today, Liverpool City Council’s housing team investigate a rented property that is so dangerous for its residents it has to be immediately shut down. Next, Matt heads to North Ayrshire in Scotland to unlock the mystery of an empty home that has blighted one Scottish community for over a decade, and sees the work being done to bring it back to life. Finally, he meets the north London family who are renting a substandard flat which has already caused an accident.
