MOT fiasco as all tests in NI cancelled.
All MOT tests for cars and light vehicles in Northern Ireland have been cancelled.
If you have a car that is needing an MOT for the first time - you do not know when you will be seen.
The Chief Executive of the Driver and Vehicle Agency says he doesn't know how many people needing their MOT for first time will be affected.
