Naomi's debut short story collection "Escape Routes" was released in 2020. Described as "delightfully fresh and contemporary", her magical and sometimes disquieting stories originated during her time working as a bookseller at Mr B’s Emporium in Bath.

She is a graduate of the Creative Writing MA at the University of East Anglia.
