Benny Goodman, named The King of Swing in the 1930s, plays Avalon with Teddy Wilson and Gene Krupa to launch this swing edition of Jazz Club. Others taking part include Count Basie with Oscar Peterson, Lionel Hampton and two pianist-singers, Blossom Dearie and the Australian she inspired, Janet Seidel.
