Episode 2

After travelling across the country searching for Scotland’s best street musicians, tonight’s episode sees multi-award winning singer-songwriter Emeli Sandé select the buskers that she wants to join her in concert with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. After their initial excitement, the chosen buskers are put through their paces by conductor John Logan and voice coach Yvie Burnett as rehearsals begin. During the process, Emeli reflects on her years as a student at Glasgow University studying medicine while also trying to break into the music industry.
