Calls are mounting for a public inquiry into abuse at Muckamore Abbey Hospital after the latest revelations that CCTV footage has identified 1,500 crimes in just one ward as revealed by the Irish News. The PSNI have said it was the "largest adult safeguarding case" of its kind. The incidents happened in the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit over the course of six months in 2017-2018.
