Roxy and Steve live in Shrewsbury with their young children Ted and Betsy, but their blank and boring garden has nothing exciting for children. In fact, it’s so bad that when Ted and Betsy’s nine-year-old cousin came round to play, she complained there was noting to do! It’s time for fireman Steve to call in the garden emergency services. Can Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers come up with a plan to turn this suburban patch of grass into a kids’ playtime paradise?
