Is there enough support available for those who have suffered a stroke?

A major Government-commissioned report says jailed women should be able to live with their children in mini-prisons in the community to break the cycle of offending.
The new mini-jails would enable mothers to stay with their children rather than having them taken into care which the report says could prevent the youngsters turning to crime and reduce re-offending by the women.
