Episode 2

This episode comes from Perth at John Gillespie hairdressing salon where owner John, salon director Glen, creative director Fiona and colourist Rachel are swapping their scissors for scales and mixing bowls as they go head to head for the Flour Power trophy. Each of them is determined to win bragging rights over their colleagues and show they are a cut above the rest!

Rookie Glen only started baking a few days ago and will have it all to do if his chocolate cake is to triumph. Experienced baker Fiona is one of the favourites and hopes her ciabatta will impress series judge Nichola Reith and todays guest judge Linda Hill, whose pies are legendary in the local area. Meanwhile, boss John, who fancies himself as a likely winner, is making a lemon and lime spiced drizzle cake, while Rachael is putting together her banana and toffee muffins.

Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored - just who will win the prestigious Flour Power trophy?
