An "incredible result" that is a watershed moment for Northern Ireland politics. That's how Alliance leader Naomi Long hailed her party's result in last week's local government elections. The party saw a 65% rise in its representation. But, the DUP and Sinn Féin are still the two biggest parties. So, has something fundamental changed in Northern Irish politics?
