He talks about his teenage years full of optimism and discovery, the early days of Prefab Sprout and his latest album ‘I Trawl the Megahertz’; which was released in 2003 as a Paddy McAloon solo album but reissued in February under the Prefab Sprout name, as originally intended.

Chris also introduces a brand new ‘5 Before 6’ DJ.
