Roy finds himself the centre of attention and Brian refuses to back down

David and Brian discuss last Friday’s partnership meeting. Brian admits things did get a little heated. Brian tells David that his solicitor has advised against pleading not guilty but he has decided to go ahead with it anyway. David points out that he’ll be putting Ruth into an awkward spot since she would get called to give evidence and be faced with having to lie under oath. Brian remains firm, he’s not about to back down.

Pat’s suspicious when she finds out Helen and Lee are texting each other. Helen insists that Pat is reading too much into the messaging but Pat can’t help feeling that Lee’s not on Helen’s wavelength.

As Roy and Lynda dig through the lost property at Grey Gables Lynda confronts Roy over his mistreatment of Lexi. Roy twigs that she must mean that Lexi is pregnant and Lynda thinks that he has walked out on her. Roy explains that things aren’t so simple but it will be up to Lexi to put the record straight.
