A man who was accused of the murders of four soldiers in the 1982 IRA Hyde Park bombings in London has been arrested. Sixty-six-year-old John Downey is being held on suspicion of the murders of two other soldiers in Northern Ireland 46 years ago. He's due to appear at a court in Dublin today.
