Calls this morning for anti-Brexit parties to unite behind a candidate to take on Ian Paisley if a by-election is called in North Antrim. The Irish News reports that SDLP leader Colum Eastwood has written to other Stormont party leaders urging a "Brexit alliance" if the DUP MP is forced to resign following his 30 day suspension from parliament.

The only way to obtain a divorce without a spouse's consent is to live apart for five years. Is this fair?

Tini Owens, who wants to divorce her husband on the grounds she is unhappy - lost her Supreme Court appeal yesterday meaning she must remain married until 2020.The couple have been married for 40 years, and while Tini wants to split, her husband Hugh has refused. Under the current law, unless people can prove their marriage has broken down due to adultery, unreasonable behaviour or desertion, the only way to obtain a divorce without a spouse's consent is to live apart for five years. Should that be changed?

Many of us have been struggling this summer due to the heat and this week an amber warning was issued in parts of the UK with temperatures expected to reach up to 38 degrees. It has led to Unions calling on bosses to be more flexible with working hours to avoid travelling in the rush hour, providing fans and cold drinks and let workers wear lightweight clothes. Is there such a thing as too hot to work? Or should we stop moaning and just get on with it? We speak to Lembit Opik and Simon Warr.
