Heavy metal singer and dog lover Benji Webbe joins forces with volunteer pet rescuer and presenter Fran Donovan to find homes for some of Wales's abandoned puppies and strays. They are on a mission to match unwanted dogs with loving new families - visiting animal shelters all over Wales on their quest to find the dogs who need their help the most. In this episode, they try to find the perfect pooch for barber Debbie, who runs a busy hairdressers in Queensferry, north Wales, and her heartbroken dog Lilly. Lilly lost her best friend Funky last year, and Debbie feels the time is now right to try and find Lilly a new companion.

Benji and Fran have a real challenge on their hands as the new dog will have to be happy living with Lilly and also content spending time at the hairdressers. While Benji searches for a dog at North Clwyd Animal Rescue, Fran looks for a friendly pooch at the Abandoned Animals Association, both based near Prestatyn
