Swimming tops the bill on Saturday morning with Duncan Scott the star attraction in the 100m freestyle heats. Scott became the first Scottish swimmer to win six medals at a single Commonwealth Games in April 2018. His sole gold in that haul came in the 100m freestyle so he is confident of starring on home territory.
There is also track cycling and nine rowing gold medals on offer in a packed morning timetable.
