Anita Manning and the team are at Wadebridge Fair in Cornwall. Anita hops on to a steam train at Bodmin Railway to find out more about the Beeching cuts. Expert Tim Weeks guides the blues and Philip Serrell has his work cut out with the reds. There are constant disagreements, dithering and a lot of fun as they head to the auction in Devon.
