Roy's special guest is Welsh rugby legend Clive Rowlands who has just celebrated his 80th birthday . Clive reflects on his life , growing up in the village of Upper Cwmtwrch in the Swansea Valley , where he still lives - and chats about his experiences as a hugely successful player and coach for both Wales and the British and Irish Lions.
