Martel Maxwell meets a developer who plans to add value to a studio flat in Handley, while there is an update on a period house in Berkhamsted which Lucy first saw in 2015, and Martin Roberts chats to a mum and her son who buy two flats in a Victorian house in Bootle in Merseyside.
They all want to make money from their auction investments, and for some the projects run smoothly, while one set of developers have to jump over lots of hurdles to get their project finished.
