Jonathan Sutherland introduces highlights from the final weekend in the Scottish Premiership season.

Champions Celtic are at home to Aberdeen, where they will be presented with the trophy, while Rangers are in the capital to face Hibernian at Easter Road and Kilmarnock host Hearts at Rugby Park. Saturday's bottom-six matches feature Dundee v Partick Thistle, St Johnstone v Ross County and Hamilton v Motherwell.
