In More Detail....

Wales has probably the largest collection of ancient yews on earth, yet they have little or no legal protection. That's according to Janis Fry, author of "The God Tree" who says this unique "Tree of Life" is so extraordinary it needs better care and attention. Rachael Garside takes an Ancient Yew Tour around Brecon and Usk, beginning with the Defynnog yew that dates back 5,000 years, and hears about efforts to preserve them for the future.
