The final Old Firm encounter of the season sees Celtic host Rangers, with the visitors keen to atone for the recent Scottish Cup semi-final defeat. Aberdeen entertain Hearts and Hibernian host Kilmarnock in the race for precious European spots. At the bottom, Partick Thistle are away to St Johnstone, Dundee travel to Motherwell and Hamilton entertain Ross County.
