The BBC learns that no action has been taken against those breaching the no-smoking policy at health facilities in the Western Trust area in the last three years.
The BBC has learned that no action has been taken against patients or visitors breaching the no-smoking policy at hospitals and care homes in the Western Trust area in the last three years. The policy was introduced in 2014. It has also emerged that the Trust is in the process of recruiting wardens to help implement the policy.
