Anne & Nichola: The Way We Used to Talk
As part of Listening Month, Conor McKay introduces compelling real-life conversations from around Northern Ireland. Nichola misses the way she used to talk to her mum Anne.
After Anne's stroke, she was left with Aphasia. It affects the way she speaks, the way she uses and understands language. She says herself that she tells the same stories over and over again ..... but then, there's comfort in the familiar. Her daughter Nichola though, she misses the way they used to talk.
