Australian period drama. It is Anzac Day 1958, and as Inverness commemorates, a local youth disturbs the ceremony, mocking their warmongering. Sarah recognises the youth's companion as the niece of a friend of hers and admonishes her behaviour. Sarah has a brush with Henry, who is now head of surgery at the hospital, when he misses the symptoms of a diabetic coma in a patient. Regina, three years into her incaceration in a psychiatric institution, claims to have had a breakthrough.
