24/12/2017 UN warns of a "dire" humanitarian situation in the Philippines, where 200 people have died in a tropical storm

The authorities in the Philippines are trying to provide food and shelter for around 70,000 people -- left homeless by a tropical storm. More than two hundred people have died.
