Tony and Pat receive the money for the land; Helen's less than enthusiastic about spending it on Tom's fermented foods. Feeling worried about the Kefir not selling Pat reveals to Helen she is feeling down and useless and longs for a project of some kind, Helen suggests volunteering to help out with the panto.

Harrison reveals to Lynda he has been invited to Justin's stag do, his surprise following his line of questioning over the hit and run incident.

Alan promises she won't be disturbed but Lynda's got other ideas.
