Motivation helps break down the barriers facing disabled people and their families by working with the wider community to tackle stigma and promote inclusion. In this way, Motivation empowers disabled people to fulfil their potential.
Empowering disabled people
Francis from Kenya sustained a spinal cord injury after falling from a rooftop working as carpenter. Unable to leave his home and abandoned by his wife, he felt worthless. Motivation stepped in and helped Francis get back into employment. He’s now re-opened his carpentry workshop and has two employees working for him.
