Christine Lampard believes there is nowhere friendlier than Northern Ireland. Now she is on a mission to prove that to her friend - and cynic - Adrian Chiles.

Beginning their journey in Belfast, Adrian attempts, not altogether successfully, to make new pals on the city's streets. The pair travel to meet a cross-community group where new friendships are frequently cast, before hearing the moving story of how one man made the ultimate sacrifice for his close friend.
