Chief Constable blames UVF over threats which forced Catholic families out of their homes

The UVF are behind threats which led to four Catholic families fleeing their homes in south Belfast last week. That's the claim from Chief Constable George Hamilton. The PSNI delivered warnings to the families in the shared housing development in Cantrell Close last week. Yesterday, George Hamilton told journalists the UVF in east Belfast is behind the recent intimidation. Stephen spoke to Jamie Bryson, spokesman for the East Belfast Community Initiative, Alliance MLA Paula Bradshaw and Sinn Fein MLA Gerry Kelly.

Also on the programme, the former Conservative Party chairman Grant Shapps has admitted being one of the ringleaders of an attempt to force Theresa May to resign. He says up to thirty Tory MPs support the move, and five former Cabinet ministers have indicated they're in agreement.
